Internet Shopping Directories.

There are many advantages, and a few disadvantages, in online shopping.

The most obvious advantage is that you can shop from home or the
office, in comfort. For alot of items such as insurance there are comparison
sites that will guide you to your personal selection. These comparison sites
are sophisticated and allow the prospective purchaser to enter all sorts
of parameters. Shops are open 24 hours a day, no-one gets impatient
if you take hours making up your mind.

Another type of internet shopping site is a directory such as this one which
doesn't allow users to enter options, instead the user can see products bygroup,
e.g. automobiles,home and garden,etc.

My favourite method of paying is via Paypal - why is that, well it's because
you don't release details of your bank or credit card. No-one can hit
your credit card because they don't have those details.

The only drawback to online shopping, in my opinion, is in personal items
such as clothes, shoes etc where the awkwardness of returning items
makes the process of internet shopping sites less attractive.
